Harold Wood 1st XI 252-3 beat Harlow 1st XI 250-5
Harlow won the toss and elected to bat against Harold Wood. Harlow got off to a steady start with openers Hafiz scoring 51 and A Jones scoring 70, this continued with captain R Ahmed scoring 32 and A Khawaja getting a 50. A couple of late wickets fell and Harlow moved onto 250 scored from they allotted 50 Overs for lose of 5 wickets. Harold wood came out knowing that a win would lift them nicely clear ogf Harlow and set about the task. Scoring at almost a run an over quicker than Harlow Harold Wood chased down the required score in 39.5 overs with the los of just 3 wickets. Mitch Howarde picked up two wickets for figures of 48/2.
The defeat leave Harlow without a victory in five matches now and are in the relegation zone. They face a tough match next away to Buckhurst Hill who are unbeaten in five albeit with two abandoned games.
Harlow 2nd XI 184 all out Lost to Chingford 2nd XI
Chingford winning the toss decided to put Harlow into bat, a decision that worked. Harlow lost a couple of early wickets before Ant Webb 36 and Surath Bastola 48 steady the ship for a while. Wickets then fell again before a late surge by Amir Farooq with 28 before they where bowled out for 184. Chingford started well with they number 2 batsman Kishen Patel scoring 106 before retiring. They quickly scored required runs in 29 overs for lose of just 4 wickets with Farrooq taking 49/2. Result leaves Harlow sitting comfortably mid table.
Hutton 3rd XI 222/7 lost to Harlow 3rd XI 254 All Out.
Hutton won the toss and put Harlow into bat, opener Dipendra Basnet scored 93 just falling short of his century. He was assisted by Atif Mustehsan(37) Faisal Javed(35) and Muhammad Naeem(38), to progress to a total of 254 all out from 45 overs. In reply two early wickets fell for Hutton before there batsman settled but the early wickets where enough to slow the run rate and they finished on 222 33 runs short. Luke Close took 33/2 and Mustafa Shah 31/2 for Harlow. 3rd XI sit midtable.
Harlow 4th XI 197/3 beat Wanstead and Snaresbrook 5th XI 193/9
Harlow won the toss and elected to field. They quickly took wickets early on and it was only a late effort from the tail end that bought the score up to 193 for Wanstead. Pick of the bowling was Jake Hikmatshah with 36/3
And two wickets for Ilhan Mustafa 23/2 and John Tasker 25/2.
Harlow started strongly putting on 55 before K Aldred wicket fell 17. They then moved to 131 before opener Arshad Muhammed went for 78. One more wicket fell next ball as Harlow comfortably won. Runs for Simon Tasker(29), Ilhan Mustafa(26) and Haider Rasool(35). The result leaves Harlow in 2nd place in a promotion spot.
