A HARLOW man has been fined over £500 after his dog injured a man.
Jagdish Joshi, aged 69, of The Hides, Harlow pled guilty to the following.
On 01/06/2017 at Harlow, were the owner of a dog, namely an Alsatian, which was dangerously out of control in The Hides, Harlow and whilst so out of control injured another.
An order that the dog be kept under proper control by being securely fitted with a muzzle sufficient to prevent it biting any person, being kept on a lead in public places.
Reason: Court do not order destruction of the dog as they do not believe it would constitute a danger to the public provided the above measures are in place.
