Man wanted after robbery in Coppice Hatch

HARLOW Detectives are appealing for help to identify a man they want to speak to in connection with a robbery in which a man was threatened with a knuckle duster.


A 33-year-old man was standing outside a convenience store in Coppice Hatch, Harlow between 6.30pm and 7pm on February 14, 2018 when he was approached by a man who tried to engage in conversation with him.

The victim entered the store, selected some shopping and went to the tills to pay when he was approached by the man again.

The man demanded the victim give him some cash. When the victim refused, the man threatened him with a knuckleduster forcing the victim to hand over £10.

Anyone with information is asked to call Dc Richard Canning at Harlow CID on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
