Harlow woman pleads guilty to drink driving and taking without consent

A HARLOW woman has pleaded guilty to drink-driving and taking a car without the consent of the owner.

Bethany Anne Tyler, aged 21, of Fullers Mead, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 02/12/2018 at Harlow, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, took a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely Citroen C1 for the use of yourself or another and after the vehicle was unlawfully taken and before it was recovered,

On 02/12/2018 at Harlow drove a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely Citroen C1, on a road, namely Haydens Road, whilst unfit to drive through drink.

On 02/12/2018 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely Citroen C1, on a road, namely Haydens Road, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.

On 02/12/2018 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Citroen C1, on a road, namely Haydens Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Tyler was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £245.00 and made the subject of a rehabilitation order.
