Harlow man pleads guilty to stealing £127,000 worth of ink toner

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to stealing £127,000 worth of ink toner.

Gary Marks, aged 54, of Tithelands, Harlow made the plea at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

Between 01/01/2015 and 08/11/2017 at Harlow stole Ink Toner, to the value of £127,000 belonging to Lighterlife UK Ltd.

Between 11/05/2016 and 07/11/2017 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he had good title to ink toner and entitled to sell it , intending to make a gain, namely £4087.60, for yourself.

Between 08/05/2015 and 15/09/2017 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he had good title to ink toner and entitled to sell it, intending to make a gain, namely £5892.67, for yourself.

Between 24/01/2014 and 07/02/2014 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he had good title to ink toner and entitled to sell it, intending to make a gain, namely £646.22, for yourself.

Between 21/03/2016 and 01/07/2016 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he had good title to ink toner and entitled to sell it, intending to make a gain, namely £609, for yourself.

Between 27/04/2017 and 04/05/2017 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely sold stolen goods, namely that he had good title to ink toner and entitled to sell it intending to make a gain, namely £75, for yourself.

Marks will be sentenced at Chelmsford Crown Court on March 27th.
