Update: Police appeal after Harlow man killed on Second Avenue

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward, who they have not yet spoken to, following a fatal road traffic collision which happened in Second Avenue, in Harlow, at around 4pm on Monday December 16. Police and ambulance paramedics had attended at the scene following reports that a pedestrian had been in collision with a lorry and the road was closed whilst they dealt with the incident.
