Harlow Council send congratulations to Duke and Duchess

HARLOW COUNCIL has sent congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge over the birth of their son, George.
The announcement by the chair of Harlow Council, cllr Linda Pailing, was made at a meeting of the full council in Harlow on Thursday night.
