AN EXHIBITION of glasswork by renowned artist Heike Brachlow is to go on show at the Parndon Mill Gallery this Thursday, with a private viewing from 5-8pm.
‘Heike Brachlow is renowned nationally and internationally for her immaculately precise cast glass sculptures which often balance, seemingly precariously, and include colour which changes when exposed to different light sources. We are proud that she is part of our community of artists here at Parndon Mill.’
The exhibition will also showcase work by members of the London Glassblowing team and one off sculptural pieces by Cathryn Shilling. The exhibition even ventures outdoors with Laura McKinley’s ‘Stepping Stones’ being displayed in the river outside.
‘Glasshaus VIII promises to be an exciting, beautiful and surprising exhibition of works of art in glass, the most seductive of media.’ The Glasshaus VIII exhibition will run until 3d November.
