HARLOW resident, Annette Courtney is looking for 100,000 signatures in a campaign called Rachel’s Law.

From her flat in Joyner’s Field, Annette is spending nearly every waking hour campaigning for better rights for people, like her daughter, who are disabled.

Specifically, her campaign centres on finding suitable accommodation for young disabled people.

Annette spoke to YH about the campaign and how far she has got.
