HARLOW youth council member, Madalina Salasbesdru may have only lived in the UK for a couple of years but the ambitious Romanian student has come to appreciate the valuable services provided in Harlow.

So when Mada came to hear of the possible cuts to services in the town, she wanted to make an appeal to Essex County Council.

YH spoke to Mada as she stepped out of a youth council meeting.
