WE SPOTTED them on Tumbler Road on Sunday evening. The car was parked on the pavement. Mums with buggies had to step onto the road to get past. Not any more as the warden slapped a ticket and took photographic evidence.
Many will applaud the wardens for taking such robust action against a problem that has become an epidemic in Harlow.
North Essex Parking Partnership spokesperson said: “The NEPP undertakes enforcement of parking and waiting restrictions north Essex-wide to help ensure safe traffic flow, reduce congestion and make streets safer for all users.
Patrols take place Monday to Sunday, from early morning in to the evening, with resources allocated to reflect the restrictions in place and support local priorities.”
