TRIBUTES have been left at the scene of a fatal road collision in which a Harlow man and his dog were killed.

The man, who has been named locally as Andrew Wiggins of Great Brays, was killed at close to 4pm on Monday December 16th on Second Avenue at the junction with Puffers Green Road.

At the scene, there were floral tributes with one particular poignant message of “Gone but not forgotten”. There was also a holly wreath left as well as a West Ham scarf.
