HARLOW Foodbank will be supporting six local schools “Breakfast Clubs” from January 2014. They will be providing cereals, fruit juices and spreads like jam, marmalade, honey, peanut butter, marmite etc.
It is hoped that this will be extended to more schools later in the year.
What are Breakfast Clubs and why do we need them?
Most of the children attending Breakfast Clubs receive “Pupil Premium” which helps the schools support their disadvantaged pupils and close the attainment gap between them and their peers.
THEY NEED YOUR HELP – Please help them to support these schools by donation the following:
Cereals / Long Life Fruit Juices / Spreads – jams, marmalade, honey, peanut butter, chocolate spread and marmite.
