Harlow business determined to recoup money they claim lost to bankrupt fraudster

cooperA HARLOW business is determine to pursue a claim of over £60,000 against a bankrupt fraudster.

Circle Plastics of River Way, Harlow are one of 22 companies and individuals that Thurrock businessman Phil Cooper is alleged to owe more than £400,000 to.

YH has spoken to company secretary, Daphne Hanniker. Mrs Hanniker said: “I can only confirm that we are pursuing a claim against Mr Cooper.”

Essex Police are continuing to investigate Cooper and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

A spokesman said: “Anyone who feels they have information is asked to speak to DC Toby Larner at Chelmsford CID on 101. Anyone who has spoken to police, but has new information, should also contact DC Larner.”
