Nigel Farage plans UKIP Day of Action in Harlow

Politics / Sun 9th Mar 2014 at 09:20am

UKIP leader, Nigel Farage has laid down the gauntlet to Harlow MP, Robert Halfon by planning a “Day of Action” later in the month.

The campaign has been spurred on by Mr Halfon’s comments regarding the party when he said that “Some UKIP members are like Nazis”

The Day of Action is set for March 29th. Full details of the day have yet to be published.

A further war of words occurred on Saturday (March 8th) Thurrock UKIP tweeted a photo of four of their team who had been out campaigning. The tweet was seen by Harlow Councillor Tony Durcan who, in his own inimitable way, noted that not one of them was a woman. “Nice to see the ladies of UKIP not available, cleaning behind fridge?”
