POLICE want to identify two men who were caught on CCTV at the time that foodstuffs worth £200 were stolen from the BP Filling Station shop, in Southern Way, in Harlow.

Two suspects had entered the store just after 1.10pm on Wednesday February 12 and filled two baskets with goods before leaving the store without making any attempt to pay. They also took the shopping baskets, worth £40, with them.

The same two men are also thought to be responsible for the theft of £65 worth of food from the same store on Tuesday February 4. Both men are white, and more than 6ft tall.

One of them is around 35 years old and has a close cropped hairstyle. The other is in his mid 40s with a shaven head.

Anyone who recognises either man or who has any other information which could help the police is asked to call PC Mick Ornellas at Harlow Police Station on 101 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.theft
