Appeal for witnesses after dispute on Tillwicks Road

DETECTIVES in Harlow are appealing for anyone who was in Tillwicks Road, Harlow around 2.30pm on Friday, April 4 and may have witnessed an incident where two women, one older than the other, with a two year old child, were in a dispute with two men who got out of a black medium sized car.
Detectives have made enquiries with residents in the road and reviewed CCTV but now need to speak to anyone, especially drivers or other pedestrians, who were in the area at the time and may remember seeing the incident, that involved two white men, aged 20-30. Dc Burgess said: “If you saw this incident, please contact me or colleagues at Harlow, even if you don’t think that you can provide any details, as your information may help us take this enquiry forward.”
