Redbridge 1 v 3 Harlow Town

HARLOW TOWN got off to a great start of the season as they secured all three points by winning 3-1 away at Redbridge.

A number of new signings came into the line up: Ben Glasgow, Jared Small, David Kendall, Michael Toner all started whilst Claudio Lorenzani and Tristan Hickman were on the bench.

Harlow were always a class above Redbridge and so it was no surprise that they were 2-0 up at the break with goals by Shane Stamp and an own goal.

Despite Redbridge grabbing one back, substitute George Smith’s injury-time goal secured a 3-1 victory for the Hawks.

The Hawks return to the Harlow Arena on Tuesday night against Romford.
