THE CHAIR of Harlow Council, cllr Ian Beckett and fellow councillor, Emma Toal both took up the Ice Bucket Challenge.

The intrepid duo took up the challenge in the Water Gardens, Harlow and attracted quite an audience.

They both did it for a number of causes as the film below reveals.
