Could UKIP’s Sam Stopplecamp be Harlow’s next MP?

Politics / Mon 1st Sep 2014 at 04:21pm

Sam StopplecampTHE UKIP CANDIDATE for Harlow at the next general election is Sam Stopplecamp.

Sam has his eyes on the 5,000 majority enjoyed by the Harlow MP, Robert Halfon.

He is quite happy that people do not consider Harlow a target seat. However, many were surprised when UKIP gained five council seats back in May.

YH caught up with Sam out on First Avenue on Saturday morning to discuss what he stands for and what he believes will be the main issues come next May.

Nice to see someone from Harlow standing rather than being bused in.

Thanks Carra, not only do I live here now, I hope to stay in Harlow for the rest of my life. We have a great town and a great community, I am just proud to be part of it all.
