Greater Anglia Statement

DUE to Overhead line damage between Cheshunt and Broxbourne, customers on the West Anglia route travelling from Liverpool Street to Hertford East & Cambridge are advised NOT TO TRAVEL until at least 20:00hrs.

We currently have no onward alternative travel arrangements (buses) between Cheshunt and Bishops Stortford. There are no trains running between Liverpool Street and Cheshunt via Tottenham Hale. Customers travelling to Cheshunt are advised that services via Seven Sisters are runnning, however please check before travelling.

A limited replacement bus service is in operation between Witham and Stansted Airport in both directions, however this is for Stansted Express customers only.

Engineers are currently on site carrying out repairs, however owing to the amount of damage sustained, repairs are not expected to be completed before 20:00hrs.

Abellio Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted on Great Northern train services between London King’s Cross and Hertford North/Cambridge/Ely & King’s Lynn, and on CrossCountry train services between Stansted Airport and Cambridge.

TfL Buses are accepting our tickets on all reasonable routes between Liverpool Street and Waltham Cross/Theobalds Grove, as well as Chingford and Enfield Town.

Our delay repay policy can be found here: http://www.abelliogreateranglia.co.uk/about-us/our-performance/delay-repay
