Matt DunkleyTHE Square is hosting a charity night on Sunday 26th October in memory of Matt Dunkley and to raise money for SUDEP Action, an award-winning charity that provides information and support to all those affected by Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy and sponsors research and education to prevent future deaths.

Local bands Echoland, Kebab Shop Blues, Me & Him and Just Us will be playing live music and there will be raffles, competitions and a charity auction of a pink Honda CG 125 (with MOT and tax), with all proceeds going to SUDEP Action.

The BBQ will be on full blast grilling enough hotdogs for the eating contest: ten contestants, eight minutes, ten hotdogs (and buns!) each…

Troy Anderson, a member of The Square’s promotional team, said: “A group of amazing people have worked incredibly hard to create a night that SUDEP Action and Matt would both be proud of and with everything from quality live bands to a hotdog eating contest and even a motorbike auction they couldn’t have done a better job. I am proud that The Square can be a part of this event as it is going to be for a great cause in honour of an amazing man.”

Doors open at 18:00 and tickets are £6.00.
