POLICE in Harlow investigating the theft of a charity box from Halfords, the Oaks retail park would like to identify this man.

The Make a Wish Foundation box contained sweets and cash, and was stolen on Monday, September 29 between 12pm and 1.20pm.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Andrew Christian at Harlow Police station on 101.
