Police Minister visits Harlow to discuss travellers and crime

THE POLICE minister, Mike Penning came to Harlow on Friday to help campaign with Robert Halfon.
Mr Penning went to the Berecroft estate in the morning to speak to the residents association and discuss anti-social behaviour.
In the afternoon, he went to Old Harlow where he met with Mitch Mitchell to discuss the lessons learned from the illegal encampments by travellers in the town.
Afterwards, YH spoke to Mr Penning on the challenges to Essex Police.
