Harlow Council to hold minutes silence for Summer Grant at next meeting

HARLOW Council is set to hold a minutes silence for Summer Grant at its final meeting of the civic year on Thursday.
The announcement was made at a recent cabinet meeting.
Harlow Council leader Jon Clempner and Conservative leader, cllr Andrew Johnson both made short tributes to the tragic seven year old who died in Harlow Town Park last month.
Both speeches can be seen at the beginning of the film below.
UKIP councillor Dan Long visited the memorial flower wall at the Town Park and laid a bunch of flowers on behalf of Harlow Ukip.
