ESSEX Police have issued CCTV of three men and a woman who they want to identify after food and drink was not paid for at a Harlow restaurant.

A group of people made off without paying for a meal at Miller & Carter at 3.20pm on April 13.

Anyone who recognises the people pictured is asked to contact Pc Steven Bowering at Harlow police station on 101.
