FOUR Harlow Running Club members travelled to Nottingham to compete in the Robin
Hood Half Marathon. First home was David Page in 2749th place out of 6296
finishers in 2hrs 00min 52sec. He was followed by Janice Page 3190th, Debbie
Smith 3191st and Karen Moir 3192nd, all in a time of 2hrs 05min 05sec.

Meanwhile at the Harlow parkrun 5K Afewerk Rossom was first finisher out of 210
finishers in 17min 31sec. He was followed home by Amaniel Tesfay 2nd in 18.45,
Andy Terrell 6th in 20.19, Martyn Coulter 8th in 21.33, Paul Schroder 19th in
23.06, Graham Saville 24th in 23.32, Paul Dixon 26th in 23.41, Spencer Brooks
27th in 23.44, Debbie Barry 51st in 25.41, Peter Ayling 52nd in 25.41, Wendy
Spring 56th in 26.14, Martin Elven 77th in 28.04, Austin Nyamande 88th in 29.36
and Jeff Mace 127th in 32.43.

At the Gunpowder parkrun 5K at Waltham Abbey Jamie Jephcott finished in 3rd
place out of 147 finishers in 19min 08sec. He was followed by Rick Ricketts
14th in 20.53, Jamie Luck 28th in 22.22 and Laura Jephcott 78th in 29.31.

At the Hatfield Forest parkrun 5K Alan Broughton finished in 11th place out of
176 finishers in a superb 20min 01sec. He was followed by Owen Haigh 12th in
20.20, Jason Haigh 16th in 20.35, Terry Pike 84th in 27.43 and Kerry Mavris 90th
in 28.25.

At the Bromley parkrun 5K Mark Hayward finished in 111th place out of 604
finishers in 22min 38sec.

At the Cambridge parkrun 5K Anna Robey finished in 134th place out of 509
finishers in 23min 17sec and Brenda Clayton was 386th in 31.03.

At the Hoddesdon parkrun 5K Robin Lozeau finished in 32nd place out of 65
finishers in 29min 10sec.

At the Hatfield 5K Series Race 2 of 3 John Tennant finished in 89th place out of
243 finishers in 21min 10sec.

At the Eton Dorney Sprint Triathlon, a 750Mtr open water swim, 20K bike ride and
a 5K run, Paul Schroder finished in 108th place out of 199 finishers in a
personal best time of 1hr 22min 20sec.
