280 people sat down to a three course dinner at the Manor of Groves last night (Oct 6th) to see the awarding of 16 Community and 8 Business Awards.

Guests included Robert Halfon MP, Harlow Council Leader, Jon Clempner and Council Chair, Edna Stevens

Harlow & District Chamber of Commerce General Manager, Ian Hudson, said

“The Business Awards launched at the Harlow Business Exhibition in June. From the 70+ nominations, 23 organisations were selected to present to the panel in early September.

We are very grateful to the Sponsors without whose financial assistance and time, this event could not happen.

Town Chaplain, Robert Findlay and his wife Chris, worked really hard to make the evening a success.”

It is hoped to run the event again in 2017.
