EMOTIONS ran high at Harlow Council as a number of issues surrounding housing were discussed.

These issues included fixed term tenancies for council tenants, pay to stay and a number of provisions under a proposed new Housing Act.

A number of questions came from members of the public before cllr Waida Foreman proposed a motion on housing in Harlow.
