CANCELLATION OF INDUSTRIAL ACTION ON MONDAY 12 DECEMBER

Simon Loh, Regional Managing Director for Arriva Southern Counties, said: “The 24 hour strike by Arriva drivers that was planned for Monday 12 December will not go ahead.

“The industrial action was due to affect depots in in Southend, Colchester, Harlow, Guildford, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Gillingham, Sheerness and Northfleet but a normal service will now be running across the region.

“We have been in talks with the Union at Acas today and now have a resolution.”
