POLICE in Harlow have stepped up patrols after a large number of complaints regarding anti-sociaal behaviour in The Stow and Staple Tye

The information has come via the Essex Community Messaging System from PCSO Kearney of the Harlow Community Policing Team

Strangely enough they have gone on line to tell people to report it offline, which contradicts the advice of the Essex Police and Crime Commissioner.
