A CARE service which provides to those with mobility challenges in their own homes has made improvements since their last inspection.

Essex Cares West, which operates in Pyenest Road in Harlow, was rated “inadequate” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in April.

The latest report rated the service as “requires improvement” but made a number of references to improvements.
