HARLOW District Chinese Centre celebrated the Chinese new year and heralded the “Year of the Rooster”.

Guests who attended included Harlow MP, Robert Halfon, chair of the Harlow District Council (HDC), cllr Edna Stevens,
Harlow Ethnic Minority Umbrella spokesperson, Neela Hibbert and Rabbi Irit along with Sunday school children from the synagogue.
