Week 33 of 46 and there are now over 50 people now working on site covering all areas:

Main car park and blocks are complete
Access road, finished, to second level, final finish will not bet applied till May
Insulated panels in situation
Ground Floor External Masonry Walls are complete
Plant Room boilers, tanks, pumps all in situation
Ground Floor, blockwork, 80% complete
Electrical first fit started in ground floor
First Floor, stud work commenced
Work stated on supporting structure for ramp

Meeting with Huttons, F&W & Green King to finalise bar details, some minor changes to bar back shelve layout and lighting plan

Meeting held with F&W, re service points and equipment locations, some minor changes including moving the boot cleaner from the west end of the building to the East, so we now have both units closer to egress points and external supply to Terrace has been moved from the kit room to outside for easier access and use

Meeting held with F&W and Alarm and CCTV contractor, some minor changes to control access

Meeting held with Huttons, F&W and Dcad, re AV, PA, Wifi and speaker locations
Car Park Bollards. agreed change of design , savings 50K.
