Robbery at phone shop in Edinburgh Way

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a robbery at a phone shop in Edinburgh Way, Harlow, shortly after 4pm today (Tuesday, July 25).

Three men entered the EE shop at the Queensgate Centre and threatened staff before asking them to go to the back of the store.

The suspects then stole mobile phones and electrical appliances estimated to be worth a five-figure sum of cash.

One suspect is described as being white, around 6ft 2 ins with facial hair and wore a black and white stripped hoodie.

The other suspects have been described as being black men, aged in their 20s and around 5ft 5ins tall. They both wore black hoodies.

All three wore balaclavas and gloves and drove away in a grey Volkswagen Golf.

No one was injured during the robbery and enquires are on-going.

Anyone with information or mobile or dashcam footage from the incident is asked to get with Harlow CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
