THE 2016/2017 Harlow Senior Rollers tenpin league season saw a close finish between the top five bowlers, the final placings were not decided until the last week of a thirty two week season.

Finishing top of the table was John Ward who had a 156 average and 473 points, followed by Nicholas Taylor with a 170 average and 415 points and in third place Chris Precious with a 152 average and 407 points.

The mens high handicapped game was rolled by John Howard with 261, the mens high handicapped series was rolled by Chris Precious with 648, the ladies high handicapped game was rolled by Krysia Post with 238, who also rolled the ladies high handicapped series of 638.

The 2017/2018 season starts in the autumn at Harlow Bowl. Due to the growing numbers of bowlers in the league the new season will for the first time see two divisions being created with promotion and relegation from each.
