A Harlow councillor has personally cleaned a sign welcoming people to the town after local residents complained about it.

Old Harlow councillor Joel Charles decided to take action after people living nearby expressed concerns that the dirty sign portrayed a negative image of the town.

The sign is on the Harlow-Sheering border.

Harlow Council have since tweeted their gratitude to Cllr Charles and vowed to arrange for other signs to be cleaned as well.

These socialists like the Harlow area grotty, because, they want it to portray REAL Labour. Only the lower classes appreciate what our council does for them.
