HARLOW residents have a chance to fund a fascinating doumentary on Harlow’s very own post-punk legends, the Newtown Neurotics.

Harlow film-maker Luke Baker has interviewed a whole host of stars who were influenced by the band including Billy Bragg and Phil Jupitus.
