A NEW political party has been launched in Harlow today (Jan 26th).
The Harlow Alliance Party was launched at the Latton Bush Centre.
Launched by Nicholas Taylor and a committee the party told the audience that they wanted to be a true grass roots party that addressed many of the issues that confront Harlow in 2018 and beyond.
They are particularly concerned with the housing plans on the border of Harlow.
Former Harlow UKIP councillor, Jerry Crawford is also on board but he was keen to stress that this party is a broad church.
They indicated they hope to have a number of candidates for the local elections in May.
Here is a short clip from the beginning of the meeting.
A fantastic idea which will provide a choice for the electorate.
