WITH spring just around the corner, may we just remind you of the virtues of Harlow parkrun.

Our editor was a volunteer marshall this morning (just at the edge of the old pitch and putt course) and so as well as encouraging the participants, he thought he would also film, in order to give you an idea as to what a run looks like.
