Harlow van driver suffers serious injuries after collision with ambulance in Sheering

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Sheering.
An ambulance and a Vauxhall Combo van were in collision outside Sheering Newsagents and Post Office in The Street shortly after 10.10am today, Saturday, April 14.
As a result, the van was then in collision with a parked Citroen C4 Cactus, which in turn was pushed into a parked Mazda 3.
The van driver, a 61-year-old man from Harlow, was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital with serious injuries.
The two ambulance staff – who were responding to an emergency call at the time – suffered minor injuries.
Enquiries are continuing into the circumstances of the collision.
