AS PART of the build up to the Lonsdon Marathon on Sunday, we are saying Good Luck to a Harlow runner each day.

Today, we say “Happy running” to Harlow’s Hazel Thomas.

Hazel said: “I took up running three years ago at the age of 53. I am running for PhabKids.

I do not belong to a running club, but I do try to run Harlow Park run. From there, I get loads of encouragement, help and advice.
