Two Harlow teenagers set to face trial on assault using zombie drug Spice charge

TWO Harlow teenagers are set to stand trial accused of “maliciously causing” another to take a “zombie drug” spice.

Jamie Wingrove, aged 18, of Ladyshot, Harlow and Jason Woods, aged 19, of St Andrews Meadow, Harlow are charged with the following.

On 24/10/2017 at Harlow, unlawfully and maliciously caused to be taken by another a poison or other destructive or noxious thing, namely synthetic cannabinoid “SPICE”, with intent to injure, aggrieve or annoy the said person.

A trial date has been set for June 6th at Chelmsford magistratres court.

Wingrove has been released on conditional bail.
Woods is wanted on warrant after not replying to bail.
