Harlow’s Poppy stars in British Cycling advert

MAKE Believe Worldwide Ltd are proud to announce the success of student Poppy Connell who features in the new HSBC advert in association with British Cycling association online.
Poppy, (age 6) has attended the Make Believe Harlow branch for 4 years but has only been a member of the agency (MB Talent) for less than a year and has now filmed her 2nd professional role. Her first job was a music video for Harry Styles.
The Harlow branch is led by Principals Emma & Kelly Murphy.
Poppy only joined the agency last year after standing out and building her confidence, she has huge potential.
Poppy’s Dad Luke Connell said: “Poppy had a great day, they looked after her well and it was a pleasure to deal with the crew. We love to get out on our bikes, so it was a perfect part for her. The lunch they provided was lovely too.”
Principals Emma & Kelly said: “We are so proud of Poppy and watching her grow from the infant to junior class has been really rewarding. Poppy works hard and we can’t wait to see what else comes her way!”
Poppy attends the Latton Green Primary Academy where they have also been extremely supportive of everything she does.
Founded by Joel Kern in 2004 Make Believe have 50 schools in and around London, Australia and Hove, teaching youngsters the basic skills in the performing arts.
Joel said: “To provide our students with a platform to enable them to do what they love is why we do what we do. Here is to many more incredible achievements to an amazing young performer!”
The Make Believe agency (MB Talent) is now run by Eilidh McCole who has been running it for nearly 2 years and has seen a boom in auditions and success rates!

Make Believe Harlow runs on Tuesday evenings 5:30-8:30 at Burnt Mill Academy, First Avenue, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2NR and offers children aged 3-18 the chance to sing, act and dance.
