Harlow care provider ranked in Top 20 home care providers in the East of England

SUMNERS Farm Close, the Harlow branch of homecare provider Manorcourt Care, is delighted to have been announced as a Top 20 home care provider in the East of England, by the independent review website .

This follows Sumner’s Farm Close receiving a top score of 10 out of 10, following independent reviews provided by service users and their families.

The team at Sumners Farm Close provides self-contained 24-hour supported independent living for people in their own apartments. Care is provided based on individual needs so anything from a daily visit and welfare check right through to palliative care can be provided.

Service users and their families are encouraged to leave reviews and feedback on the independent care review website homecare.co.uk and providers are given ratings out of 10 based on this feedback.

It is now rated 10 out of 10 with recent reviews giving such feedback as; “My mother has been resident for a couple of years and in all that time I have been very much aware of the high levels of care and support given by all of the care staff…” and “The staff are totally respectful to my dad and treat him with total dignity. I am so thankful I have a supportive team of people looking after my dad.”

Another says “The overarching feeling about Manorcourt Homecare (Harlow) is that all the staff care. From the cleaners, care workers, duty officers and the managers. They all want to do their best for the patients themselves and the company. They are all a credit to the care working professional.”
