Armed police surround house near The Stow

Statement from Essex Police
“We arrested a man on suspicion of making threats to kill and possession of firearms offences following a disturbance in Long Banks, Harlow, at around 2.50pm yesterday, Sunday, July 15.
“We received reports that a man had threatened a woman and was possibly in possession of a firearm. The suspect then drove away from the scene.
“We located the vehicle in Minchen Road, Harlow, at around 4.50pm with the occupant decamping. He was arrested after a foot chase and he remains in custody.
“We also executed a warrant at an address in Blackbush Spring, Harlow, and located two air rifles”.
ARMED police surrounded a house in Harlow this afternoon (Sunday).
They were called to a house in Blackbush Spring near The Stow.
A number of men were detained by the police whilst a large number of armed officers surrounded the house.
After a period of time, they entered the house by the front door. After a time in the house, they left, leaving the scene to forensics.
Residents were asked to either stay in their houses or stay behind a cordon.

I was there at the time and saw armed officers with a guy in handcuffs.
