Rye Hill Road blocked due to fly-tipping

RYE Hill Road has been closed to traffic due to fly-tipping.
The road runs from Berecroft in Harlow around to the Thornwood Road (B1393) en route to Epping.
As you may see form our film below, the tip appears to be a large mound of earth.
