A SENIOR Harlow Councillor has slammed a parking company that he claims has been issuing tickets in the middle of the night.
Old Harlow councillor Joel Charles has told YH that UKPC Ltd had been placing fixed penalty notices on cars in the New Hall area just off London Road.
We went down to New Hall to speak to Cllr Charles.
YH has contacted UKPC Ltd for a comment.
Spot on Mr Charles. No waffling or beating around the bush with this disgraceful company, whack, whack, sorted. Hard working Tory councillor.
Yeah, he is hard working. I've seen him do a litter pick every FOUR YEARS after election time. Poor old Joel. Marooned out there at Old Harlow with only Old Micky Crinkly Knuckles for company.
Boring thing that you are.Is litter picking the new," must 'ave in ' arlow' ? Appropriate for some, don't break a nail. Enough said, that when Joel intervened, the tickets were scrapped and the company involved, were sacked,or hadn't you noticed ? jerryforqueen, wouldn't get my vote.
You'd never be able to bend down to pick litter up with your Jurassic knees, Micky.
It must be like being in a graveyard at Harlow Conservative Party meetings, what with their 15 members with a combined age of 6,784.
