Man in custody after car ends up on its roof in New Hall

A 31 year-old man has been released under investigation.
Update: Statement from Essex Police
“Essex Police were called to Braggowens Ley, Harlow, just before 8.35pm last night, August 14.
A collision had been reported and a car had overturned as a result.
An 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving without insurance and failure to provide a breath test.
“He currently remains in custody. No injuries were reported”.

THE EMERGENCY services were called to New Hall after reports of a car on its roof.
The incident occurred at just after 8pm on Tuesday August 14th on Braggowens Ley.
All three emergency services were in attendance.
