Harlow Council slam Town Park fly-tippers

HARLOW Council has slammed fly-tippers who have left a large dump in the town park.
The tip which appears to be full of bathroom materials was dumped near to the Allende Avenue entrance.
A council spokesperson has taken the two photos below and pledged to take action.

Hopefully, there'll be enough evidence to track where it came from. I also noticed that there is a new pile of rubbish on the A414 - less than a fortnight after specialist removals had cleared the previous pile of rubbish. These people need heavy fines AND jail or here's a thought, take away their driving licence and crush their vehicles.
